…et#135840 (libs-native) All three refreshed branches were rebased onto the then-current upstream (bb9c5c8 had touched every payload file) with the net-diff gates green, force-push replaced the stale slices, and the PRs went live with the approved drafts. In flight now equals the policy cap of four.

OpenHarmony has no krb5/gssapi in its sysroot, so System.Net.Security.Native
cannot build there. Build System.Security.Cryptography.Native with the OHOS
OpenSSL (OPENSSL_* cache variables) instead, and return an empty LIBGSS in
the Net.Security extra-libs path.
Test: native libs cross-build;
System.Security.Cryptography.Nativeis produced andSystem.Net.Security.Nativeis skipped.
