Why
Checks caller-owned removal, optional dismiss content, icon/label ordering, and owned disabled semantics. Two non-input native Storybook checks extend coverage of the existing component; no product behavior changes are included.
Testing
Keyboard, pointer, and wheel input were disabled for that native run. Existing input-dependent skips are not counted as passes. Native macOS and Windows Fabric results remain for CI.
The Storybook TypeScript configuration also includes Tag's story file so its native test callbacks are type-checked.
These are local results from the unchanged, tested coverage commit. CI against current main is still required; no all-platform or overall readiness claim is made. The Windows tooling repair landed separately in #4400 and is not included in this PR.
