Why
Expands unit coverage for Tablist so more of its existing contract is checked automatically when the component changes. This PR does not change product behavior or add native Storybook callbacks.
Testing
These are local results from the unchanged, tested coverage commit. CI against current main is still required; no all-platform or overall readiness claim is made. The Windows tooling repair landed separately in #4400 and is not included in this PR.
