Why
Adds unit regression checks for ProgressBar's existing component contract. It does not change rendering, animation behavior, or native Storybook callbacks.
Testing
These are local results from the unchanged, tested coverage commit. CI against current main is still required; no all-platform or overall readiness claim is made. The Windows tooling repair landed separately in #4400 and is not included in this PR.
