Add reader speed cue display option for WPM or multipliers #16

Description

@KSemenenko

Summary

Add a reader/teleprompter setting that lets users choose how speed cues are displayed: absolute WPM values or simple relative multipliers such as x1, x1.25, and x1.5. This is an additive display option for speed-offset cues; do not remove existing WPM behavior.

Source

Acceptance criteria

  • Reader/teleprompter settings expose a speed-cue display preference for WPM versus relative multipliers.
  • Speed cues that increase or decrease pace render according to the selected display mode.
  • Existing WPM-based behavior remains available.
  • Add or update browser/UI test coverage for the relevant reader settings and cue-display flow.
  • Solution tests pass before the issue is marked ready for user verification.

Implementation note

Treat this as an additive feature or presentation option. Do not remove existing behavior unless the user explicitly confirms deletion.

    Implemented locally in commit 7af6a55 (not pushed yet). Added the teleprompter reader speed-cue display setting with WPM as the default and multiplier labels as an additive option, plus component and browser UI coverage. Verification passed locally: dotnet build ./PrompterOne.slnx -warnaserror --no-restore; dotnet test @./tests/dotnet-test-progress.rsp --project ./tests/PrompterOne.Web.Tests/PrompterOne.Web.Tests.csproj; dotnet test @./tests/dotnet-test-progress.rsp --project ./tests/PrompterOne.Web.UITests.Reader/PrompterOne.Web.UITests.Reader.csproj; dotnet test @./tests/dotnet-test-progress.rsp --solution ./PrompterOne.slnx (1125/1125). Leaving the issue open for user verification.
