Summary

Adds one Prompts feature page and links the existing prompt sections to it. It documents the prompt library and prompts as agent instructions (native and Langfuse), added in LibreChat-AI/LibreChat#17294. Claims are checked against LibreChat dev at 05e7f1d2e (the #17294 merge).

• features/prompts.mdx (new, English only, like scheduled_chats and pull_requests). It covers:
  • the prompt library, versions and Deploy, and variables;
  • sharing and permissions;
  • prompts from Langfuse;
  • prompts as agent instructions: who can link and who can run, when instructions resolve, what happens when a link fails (empty instructions, no fallback to inline text), usage count, the Langfuse switch, a rollout callout with the v0.8.9-rc1 floor, version history, limitations, and a troubleshooting table of Builder messages.
• features/meta*.json: lists prompts after agents in every locale, through sync-locale-meta.
• features/agents.mdx: the saved-prompt section is cut to a short summary with a link.
• configuration/langfuse.mdx: keeps the switch YAML and a one-line rollout warning, and links to the new page for user-facing behavior.
• object_structure/agents.mdx linkedInstructions: states that only langfuse.enabled reaches the client and links to the new page.

Screenshots needed

The page has these as commented-out ThemeImage placeholders (light + dark each, under public/images/features/prompts/). They do not render until the files are added and the comments are removed.

• library: prompt library with prompt cards
• slash-command: / menu in the chat box showing prompts
• versions: prompt editor with versions and the Production marker
• langfuse-group: synced read-only Langfuse group with the "Managed in Langfuse" badge
• agent-instructions-picker: Agent Builder prompt picker with a native and a Langfuse group
• agent-instructions-version: version picker open ("Production (Version N)" and the list)
• agent-instructions-restricted: "Restricted prompt" state for a co-editor
• agent-instructions-langfuse-off: saved Langfuse link with the switch-off note

Validation

pnpm build, pnpm test (466 passed), check:locale-meta, check:config-version, prettier --check. With next start, all internal links and anchors on the changed pages resolve (18/18), placeholders do not render, and the sidebar shows Prompts after Agents.

The analyze check failure is not from this change: the bundle build passes ("no changes to the JavaScript bundle"), then peter-evans/create-or-update-comment gets 403 because the fork PR token cannot write comments. It also fails on the previous head 5a67e313.
