Tollgate

A self-hosted AI gateway for coding agents.  Go React TypeScript

The Tollgate dashboard. It shows spend, failed requests, prompt cache use, fallbacks, hourly charts, and the cost of each route.

Tollgate sits between a coding agent and the Anthropic or OpenAI API. It gives each session a hard budget, fails over when a provider goes down, and puts a price on every request. It is one Go binary with a React dashboard inside.

Open source

I send fixes and features to open-source AI tools. Some merged work:

  • oras-go (CNCF): fixed sign-in after a same-host redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
  • Kilo Code: fixed a cache bug that dropped project skills, and the Grep path in chat.
  • BeeAI Framework (LF AI & Data): fixed a memory leak in the event emitter.

I also have open pull requests to OpenHands, Orca, Crush, and go-openai.

Away from the keyboard, I take photographs, get distracted by cats, and keep adding places to my Japan trip.
