Replace hardcoded placeholder consent sourceReference with actual consent document reference #163

Description

A hardcoded placeholder consent sourceReference needs to be replaced with an actual consent document reference when consent API support is implemented.

File: bulk-export-client/pdex_utils.bal
Lines: ~123-125

Current Implementation

The code currently uses a placeholder:

sourceReference: {
    reference: "http://example.org/DocumentReference/someconsent"
}

Resolution

This will be fixed with consent API support in a future update.
