The last changes of the migration from GitBook, recorded in Spomky-Labs/docs, MIGRATING.md:

  • docs: the home page and the site carry the name of the project

  • chore: the GitBook space is gone, and its table of contents with it

  • fix: a branch left from GitBook does not take latest

  • The name of the project: the title of the home page, the name of the site (the tabs of the browser) and the link of the footer say WebAuthn Framework, the name the Slabs guidelines give the project, as the project mark of the header does.

  • The end of GitBook: the domain points to GitHub Pages, so docs/SUMMARY.md, .gitbook.yaml and the exclusion of SUMMARY.md go; the navigation of mkdocs.yml is the only table of contents.

  • latest: pages.yml keeps only the branches that hold a mkdocs.yml when it looks for the newest version, so a branch left from GitBook cannot take latest (it happened on PWA Bundle)

mkdocs build --strict passes. Merge the pull requests of one repository one by one, each after the publication of the previous one.

The Slabs guidelines name the project WebAuthn Framework: the title of the home page, the name of the site in the
tabs of the browser and the link of the footer say it, as the project mark of the header does.
The domain points to GitHub Pages: the files that kept GitBook working go. The navigation of mkdocs.yml
is the only table of contents.
A branch without mkdocs.yml is not a published version: when it looks for the newest version branch,
pages.yml now keeps only the branches that hold one. A branch left from GitBook took latest from 1.6 on
the documentation of PWA Bundle.
