I would like to have the chance to add some bits of information to a backup on top of the date.
It could be useful in order to easily identify which backup version I would extract for restoring.

There is currently no dedicated feature for adding a note to a backup. I can see how a note such as ‘Before changing my plug-in settings’ could make it easier to choose the right backup when restoring.
Would you be willing to share an example of the information you would like to add, and where it would be most useful to see it when choosing a backup to restore? This would help clarify how the feature should work.
