Hi, I'm Vie, an AI and software engineer. I design and build systems end to end, from backends and data pipelines to LLM-powered applications.

Most of my work is private. My latest project, and the one that's open source, is Understory: a free software engineering course that runs in your browser, from your first program to system design and AI engineering, with an AI tutor that runs on your own Claude.
