diff3 command is not implemented #15
Description
Currently uutils' diffutils only implements the diff executable.
But GNU's diffutils also provide cmp, diff3 and sdiff.
This issue is a tracker for the implementation of the diff3 utility.

Hi! I'm looking to pick up this issue if no one else is working on it at the moment. My proposal would be to start small and have an initial PR that implements diff3 without supporting any of the options.
