Question: Is it possible to provide a custom OPA binary to opa_library and opa_test? #85
Description

opa_library(
name = "...",
opa_binary="//my/path/to/opa_binary",
...

Not at the moment, but I agree that the toolchain should be more configurable. At the moment the version is fixed in time, and that's not good. I'll see what I can do.
