[Bug]: Banner says Engine Mode: SourceGenerated when source generation is disabled #7078

Description

Banner says Engine Mode: SourceGenerated when source generation is disabled by EnableTUnitSourceGeneration property or by TUNIT_EXECUTION_MODE env var.

Expected Behavior

The banner shows the reflection engine.

Actual Behavior

The banner says Engine Mode: SourceGenerated, yet the test runs.

Steps to Reproduce

Csproj contains <EnableTUnitSourceGeneration>false</EnableTUnitSourceGeneration> or env var TUNIT_EXECUTION_MODE=reflection.
