Bug report checklist

  • I've searched existing issues to ensure this isn't a duplicate
  • I've read the documentation and this isn't expected behavior

Description

[Skip("")] doesn't skip. The main hardship is porting tests from other frameworks that do.

Expected Behavior

skipped (or a diagnostic requiring a non-empty reason).

Actual Behavior

the test runs and throws.

Steps to Reproduce

public class EmptySkipTests
{
    [Test, Skip("")]
    public void ShouldBeSkipped() => throw new Exception("test ran");

    [Test, Skip("reason")]
    public void ControlIsSkipped() => throw new Exception("control ran");
}

.NET Version

.NET 1.0

Operating System
