TestWebApplicationFactory: correlated logging not auto-registered for minimal API apps #5503

Problem

TestWebApplicationFactory<T> registers AddCorrelatedTUnitLogging() inside CreateHostBuilder(). However, for minimal API apps (top-level statements using WebApplication.CreateBuilder), CreateHostBuilder() returns null — so the correlated logging is never registered automatically.

Users must work around this by manually calling services.AddCorrelatedTUnitLogging() in a ConfigureWebHost override:

    {
        builder.ConfigureServices(services =>
        {
            services.AddCorrelatedTUnitLogging();
        });
    }
}

Expected behavior

TestWebApplicationFactory<T> should automatically register correlated logging for both IHostBuilder-based and minimal API hosts.

Possible approach

Override ConfigureWebHost in the base class (which is called for both hosting models) instead of or in addition to CreateHostBuilder.

Context

Discovered in #5502 — the test project's TestWebAppFactory uses this workaround. See TUnit.AspNetCore.Tests/TestWebAppFactory.cs.
