[BUG][TGL-008] periodically zeros in DSM captured wave file #3317

Describe the bug
sof-tgl-nocodec.zip

With the nocodec topology attached, which is generated from #3212, run test case https://github.com/thesofproject/sof-test/blob/master/test-case/check-smart-amplifier.sh, when case failed, check the recorded wave under /tmp/, periodically zero in the wave file. see below.

Note: The test case did nothing but play sine wave through DSM playback pipeline, and record wave from DSM capture pipeline, and then do binary comparison.

To Reproduce

1. clone sof-test repo: git clone https://github.com/thesofproject/sof-test
2. install dependencies: sudo apt install python3-numpy python3-scipy
3. put sof-tgl.ldc in /etc/sof/
4. run check-smart-amplifier.sh -l 50
5. when case failed, check wave file /tmp/recorded_tmp_wave_S16.wav

Reproduction Rate
4/100, not very high
