[FEATURE] sof qemu VS code logger #10714

Just a fyi in that its usable atm for developers. I have a repo for a VS code plugin that visualizes DSP function calls, D$, I$, MMU/TLB, ring, UM and memory map based on SOF qemu intel_ace branch. Today you can run SOF boot ztests and visualize the output. Both GCC and xt-clang binaries work to boot today, but Hifi is still WIP.
