Add a SoundWire machine entry for RT713 VB on link 0 and a single RT1320 amplifier on link 1, both with unique ID 0.

Describe the RT713 jack and DMIC endpoints and the non-aggregated RT1320 endpoint. Reuse the SDCA VB revision check and function topology selection used by similar Intel platform configurations.

🔵 Needs a closer look

The new RPL entry requires target-system validation to confirm function-topology compatibility with default IPC3 firmware and verify BIOS-provided RT713 VB revision/function data.
