sof_sdw: No audio on Lunar Lake (LNL) + CS42L43 — topology ABI mismatch (tplg 3:29:1 vs kernel 3:23:1) #6001

Summary
On Intel Core Ultra 200V (Lunar Lake), the SOF SoundWire driver (sof_sdw) fails to probe because the topology file intel/sof-ipc4-tplg/sof-lnl-cs42l43-l0.tplg declares ABI 3:29:1, but the kernel's IPC4 topology parser only supports ABI 3:23:1. The firmware itself loads and boots successfully (version 2.15.0.1) — this is purely a topology ABI version mismatch.

Root cause
The topology file shipped in linux-firmware (intel/sof-ipc4-tplg/sof-lnl-cs42l43-l0.tplg) declares ABI version 3:29:1, but the kernel's IPC4 topology parser only advertises support up to ABI 3:23:1. The version gap causes -EINVAL when attempting to connect the alh-copier.Capture-SmartMic.0 DAI widget, preventing the sound card from registering entirely.
Workaround
Adding snd_intel_dspcfg.dsp_driver=1 to the kernel command line forces the HDA legacy path, bypassing the SOF DSP driver and restoring audio output.

I don't believe the ABI mismatch is the root cause of your issues, the topology version number in user-space has been ahead of the kernel since 2022.
It looks like for some reason the DAIs created by the kernel don't match the topology. What laptop is this? It isn't by any chance a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 is it? Attaching a full copy of the dmesg of the system booting would also be useful.
