[BUG][ICL]fw load failed for "unknown ROM status value 02000012" then ipc timed out during s3 without playback stress test #1094

Describe the bug
FW load failed for "unknown ROM status value 02000012" then "0x80010000: GLB_DAI_MSG: CONFIG" ipc timed out after S3 without playback stress test.
To Reproduce
- Change suspend and wakeup time is to 1s-16s in stress-s3.sh
readonly RANDOM_INIT_VALUE=1
readonly RANDOM_RANGE=15
- Run s3 without playback stress test via "sudo ./stress-s3.sh 2000 1 0"
frequency
1/2000
Actual result
FW load failed for "unknown ROM status value 02000012" then "0x80010000: GLB_DAI_MSG: CONFIG" ipc timed out
Expected result
s3 suspend and wake up normally.

It looks we are still waiting for csme validation at this error, we can try longer timeout value and do more test with it if we still seeing this.
