What was changed
Updated the existing Standalone Nexus Operations section in the .NET SDK README to state that SANO is in Public Preview and that Temporal aims to preserve backward compatibility and avoid breaking changes.
Why?
The README needs to reflect the feature's release stage without changing its experimental SDK API markers.

Release version check: Before publishing, confirm that Temporal CLI v1.9.1 and Temporal Server v1.32.1 are still the latest stable releases that support SANO, then update any version references if needed.
