sources: one release everywhere, as the newest spin release says - #84

Written by sync.yml: versions.yaml bumped by task sources:bump, the reference by task reference.
spin's halves now run one release, and a host or a CLI of any other is refused, so the 90 days four pages stated are gone, and the constant they read with them. The feature board's row for the agents has its new name, and the reference is regenerated, which refgen stopped short of when the constant went. The sync's pull request (#83) moves spin from v20261026.02 to v20261104.01 and cannot pass by itself, so this carries it with what the move needs. A separate branch because the sync force-pushes
