[Content]: Add twoslash to code snippets

Code snippets could benefit from using twoslash to annotate examples: https://twoslash.matthiesen.dev/getting-started/basic/.

Depending on the implementation in solidbase it might be an option to enable in app.config.ts.

Twoslash is now enabled by default in SolidBase!

Do we need to do anything here? Sounds like its enabled by default now so we can use it in code snippets?

I believe there's an error with twoslash at the moment but @jer3m01 will have to confirm

There were a few missing shiki theme variables (we should be able to set them in config), and possibly a render bug.
Haven't tried it in a while.
