Placing the object name on the next line is inherited from sql-formatter-plus, but keeping it on the same line is more common:

CREATE TABLE name
ALTER TABLE name

The max_inline_top_level option has a much broader impact than needed here.

We could either change the default behavior or add an option that keeps the object name on the same line as the DDL statement prefix.
