Possibly use twisted for the web interface. Features might include displaying log file, currently transcoding file and progress, and button to control watchdog maintenance functions.

    Should probably use built-in functionality since this server should be simple: http://docs.python.org/2/library/simplehttpserver.html

    Here is more detailed info if I should need to do anything fancier than serving a file:
