I am very sorry for being so late, i started working on this right before i went on a holiday, then I was swamped with obtaining my first job then i got my first job and I completely forgot about this... (I am letting CI take a stab at it before installing a VM with freebsd and miri to test locally.) |

Fixes #5375
Implements the shim for the FreeBSD
sysctlsyscall, but only the codepaths to supportstd::env::curent_exe. This means that it only allows getting (setting is possible) the path of the process calling the syscall.
