[BUG] Pycharm plugin autocomplete offers first letter of each word Capitalized for embedded keywords #564
Describe the bug
With latest RobotCode pyCharm plugin installed, and custom embedded Robot keywords implemented using @Keyword -notation, the autocomplete functionality does not respect the capitalization format of the keyword
Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create custom keyword in dynamic python keyword library:
@keyword("User ${username} writes password in login view")defuser_writes_password_in_login(self, username: str):
""""""
Open .robot file in pyCharm when robotcode plugin installed
Start writing test case:
When User ....
Autocomplete offers keyword as "User username Writes Password In Login View"
--> first letter of each word capitalized
If possible add some example source code like:
***Settings***Library MyCustomLibrary
***Test Cases***a simple test When User ...
Expected behavior
Autocomplete should offer the keyword as it is defined in the custom keyword library using the @Keyword decorator

Thanks for the report, and sorry for the long wait. The capitalization comes from Robot Framework itself: it converts the names that a dynamic library returns from get_keyword_names into its "printable" form, which capitalizes every word, so Robot Framework's own libdoc shows User ${username} Writes Password In Login View as well. Static and hybrid libraries keep the name from @keyword as it is. Robot Framework's code notes that this conversion might be dropped in Robot Framework 8.0. RobotCode shows the names that Robot Framework reports, so I'm closing this issue. If the exact spelling matters, a static or hybrid library keeps it; calls match the keyword case-insensitively either way.
