Shim, as of Rocky Linux 10.0, does not boot on Intel Macs

As of 10.0, selecting Rocky Linux in the Mac boot selector causes the system to instantly freeze. 9.4 - 9.8 all work fine, but 10.0 and above do not.

(This is the same behavior as Ventoy, which uses the Rocky Linux shim - that's how I got started testing Rocky Linux versions. ventoy/Ventoy#3774 )
