  time based scheduled release for FI-WARE 3.3 -- final release for this phase of that EU FI (Future Internet, not Finland :) biz realXtend numbering to be decided. perhaps 0.6 (if fi-ware 3.2 was 0.5) or 1.0 or so. is probably not a final release in any real sense but a next one is expected in April etc. but good to package as solid a whole as possible.
