src/client.ts 原来有 1774 行，承载了整个更新流程。现在它只做门面，负责选项、进程级单例、provider 挂载和公开 API，共 322 行。其余逻辑按职责拆到 5 个模块，状态各自持有：

clientState 定义进程级状态（sharedState 等）。

两个刻意的设计

• 状态由 client.ts 创建后注入：每次求值 client.ts 时创建一份状态，交给各模块。生产环境里 client.ts 只求值一次，语义不变。测试用 importFreshClient 重新加载 client.ts 时，状态也会随之重建，用例之间不会串状态。我一开始把状态做成独立模块的全局变量，结果 50 个用例因此互相污染，所以改成了现在的方式。
• 调用公开成员一律经由 client 实例：各模块调用 Pushy 的公开成员（report、reportInvalidUpdateOnce、runBeforeReload、restartApp、fetchCheckResult 等）时都经过实例，所以在实例上 spyOn 或替换某个方法，仍能观察到所有调用点，与拆分前的 this.xxx 语义一致。

Pushy 的公开成员前后逐一比对过，完全一致。lastChecking 等公开字段改成了访问器，运行时行为兼容。

验证

• bun run lint 通过（biome、tsc、各检查器）。
• bun test 458 个用例全部通过，连续跑了两次结果一致。
• 测试没有改动，公开 API 与运行时语义保持不变。

注：#671 改了 resetToPackagedBundle 的一段文档注释，那个方法现在在 clientActivation.ts 里，后合并的一方需要把这段注释挪过去。
