_collect_tt_t1_character_widths reads /FirstChar and compares it with 0 before
enumerating the widths:

first_char = pdf_font_dict.get("/FirstChar", 0)
if first_char < 0:

A file storing null, a name or a string there raises
"TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'NullObject' and 'int'"
out of extract_text(extraction_mode="layout").

A /FirstChar that is not a number is now reported and the widths are skipped,
the same way a negative /FirstChar is already handled. A float such as 65.0 is
used as an integer.

Full suite passes locally, 1810 tests, and the change is fully covered.
