Moves the package from Bower/Pulp to current Spago, PureScript, and the registry. Also modernizes CI and dev tooling with Oxlint, Oxfmt, and the latest stable purs-tidy. Makes the readline tests noninteractive with assertions. Fixes all npm audit findings except those arising from the dev-only Spago dependency.
