plannotator-tui SKILL.md uses wrong plugin id (plannotator-tui vs annotate) #52

Summary

plannotator-tui's SKILL.md documents opening the pane via plannotator-tui herdr open <file>, and gives a raw-command fallback using --plugin plannotator-tui. Both fail with plugin_not_found in an environment where the Herdr plugin is actually registered under the name annotate.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install herdr-annotate per the README:
   • herdr plugin install plannotator/herdr-annotate (registers the plugin under the id annotate)
   • npx skills add plannotator/herdr-annotate --skill plannotator-tui -g (installs the plannotator-tui skill)
2. In a Herdr session (HERDR_ENV=1), run either of the commands the skill documents:

   plannotator-tui herdr open some-file.md

   or the fallback:

   herdr plugin pane open --plugin plannotator-tui --entrypoint doc --placement split \
     --direction right --target-pane "$HERDR_PANE_ID" --focus --cwd "$PWD" \
     --env PLANNOTATOR_TUI_FILE="$PWD/some-file.md" --env PLANNOTATOR_TUI_DELIVER_TO="$HERDR_PANE_ID"

Expected Behaviour

The pane opens for review, as the skill describes.

Actual Behaviour

Both commands fail:

Using --plugin annotate instead of --plugin plannotator-tui in the raw herdr plugin pane open command works correctly.

• macOS, Herdr session with HERDR_ENV=1
