feat: Add Jewish Calendar Support for Anniversaries
- Change date format from ISO to simple yyyy-mm-dd format - Add icon attribute to extra state attributes - Always include Hebrew calendar attributes for consistency (empty string if not applicable)
- Add update_manifest_version to update both const.py and manifest.json - Add verification that component directory exists before creating zip - Verify zip file was created and is not empty - Verify zip asset was uploaded to GitHub release - Better error handling with exit on failure
