It would be useful to be able to add files from a stream.
example:

$f = fopen('https://github.com', 'r');

$zip = new ZipArchive();
$res = $zip->open('test.zip', ZipArchive::CREATE);
$zip->addFromStream('gihtub.html', $f);
