The links to pages that moved to php/doc-extensions point to the extensions manual, which is served next to the language manuals.
…ns manual The references from language-snippets.ent and the PDO drivers table point at ../extensions/<page>.php.
The workflow builds the extensions manual and this manual from the pull requests of the block and runs the test of web-php: redirects, links in both directions and shortcuts. It goes away with the pinned refs once the block is merged.

reference/mysqlinfo/set.xml and reference/pdo/drivers.xml still included entities of the removed directories.
The entities of language-snippets.ent do not inherit the namespace.

Per the third-party extension documentation RFC, translations are not carried over to php/doc-extensions and are removed from the manual. This removes the 94
reference/<ext>/folders (php/doc-extensions#12) and points 60 links at../extensions/<page>.php. A temporary workflow runs the end-to-end test of the block.Draft until php/doc-en#5998 removes the same extensions from the fallback manual.
Block: php/phd#270, php/doc-extensions#49, php/doc-en#5998, php/web-php#2038. They build on php/phd#260, php/doc-en#5658 and php/web-php#1960.
Outside the block, the same change for Spanish as a second proof of concept: php/doc-es#1491 (the test runs with
LANGUAGE=es).Test: put
doc-base(master),phd,en,fr,extensionsandweb-phpside by side, each pull request on its branch, then runsh web-php/tests/extensions-migration.sh(about 40 seconds,PLAYWRIGHT=1adds the Playwright tests).Merge order. A redirect only answers for a missing page, so each step can be checked on its own:
