Add suite for tool runs #2

This should include full tool runs and a global model database. Tests should check that no models are added during test run by copying the model database and do a diff between the original one. For every tool run, there should be a model database, the code used to create that database, and a count check of number of generated models. The test should fail if there is a difference (or if run crashes).
