Remove the replace that points to a personal library-go fork before merge.
replace github.com/openshift/library-go => github.com/tchap/library-go ... sends every library-go import to an unreviewed personal fork. This change affects more than the new httptransport package. cmd/bridge/main.go and other code use oscrypto from that module. The supply chain now depends on a repository outside the openshift org. That repository can be force-pushed or deleted, and downstream builds then break.
Land the httptransport changes in openshift/library-go. Then bump the require on Line 19 and delete this replace.
As per path instructions, supply chain security requires you to "justify need" for new dependencies and "Pin exact versions; verify hashes where supported". A personal-fork redirect does not meet that bar for production.

External OIDC setups need Console's OIDC traffic (discovery, JWKS, code exchange, refresh) to go through a separate proxy with its own trust bundle. This is required for disconnected environments. See openshift/enhancements#2097 for details The relevant setup is passed to Console from the operator via the configuration file, which now contains auth.proxy section. This is because the proxy config and trusted CA bundle is to be used for external OIDC only, so environment variables can't really be used when passing this config to Console. The proxy trusted CA bundle is hot-reloaded from disk. The issuer CA is migrated to the same hot-reloading mechanism. So what changed: - Added a new package, pkg/auth/httpclient, that builds two HTTP clients: - One used for OIDC discovery, JWKS, code exchange, and refresh (also used by integrated OAuth's issuer checks). This one gets the configured proxy and CA. - One used only for OpenShift OAuth metadata discovery. This one never uses the proxy or its CA. - The proxy is only ever applied when authType is "oidc". If the config is missing entirely, Console still falls back to the usual environment proxy variables, same as today. But once the config is present, it's used exactly as given: an empty httpProxy or httpsProxy means no proxy for that scheme, even though the pod still has the environment variables set for the cluster-wide proxy. - Moved the OIDC issuer CA onto the same auto-reloading mechanism, and removed the old newHTTPClient helper and its two unbounded caches. - Replaced the authenticator's client-building closure with a plain *http.Client, so a CA change is picked up right away instead of waiting up to five minutes. - Passed a shutdown context through ApplyTo/getAuthenticator so the new CA-watcher goroutines, and the existing reload loops, actually stop on SIGTERM.
