Name the hxcpp a build uses and warn when it differs from Haxe's #79

With several hxcpp copies installed it is easy to build against the wrong one, and the log only shows the path inside compiler flags. The build tool should print its version, path and git commit under -v, and warn when the hxcpp= recorded in Options.txt is not the copy that is running.
