Hide or neutralise the "Ingest Queued" button when nothing is queued #8

When the queue is empty the button is disabled but still orange, which looks like an error.

Where to look: _update_ingest_button() in gknowledge/ui/window.py.

Done when: with an empty queue the button is hidden (or neutral, without suggested-action), and it reappears when sources are queued.
