[flagd] [FEATURE] Harden Hashing Consistency And Add Support For Non-string Attributes in Fractional Evaluation #140
Good news: this provider is RPC-only (no in-process evaluation), so bucketing happens server-side in flagd. No implementation work is needed here; it gets the new hashing "for free" with the flagd release containing open-feature/flagd#2011.
The only remaining action is verification: once that flagd version ships, bump the testbed and run the RPC fractional suite against @fractional-v3 instead of @fractional-v2. If this repo doesn't run the gherkin suites, this can simply be closed after the flagd release.
Closing: no implementation work needed here (RPC-only, see above). The testbed/tag bump will happen as routine maintenance during the coordinated release; it doesn't need a tracking issue.
