…g Framework 7.0.9 Remediates CVE-2026-47889, CVE-2026-59281, CVE-2026-59314 and CVE-2026-47885 in org.springframework:spring-web 6.2.x. The only open-source fix is 7.0.9, which first ships with Spring Boot 4.0.8. - Bump spring-boot-starter-parent 3.5.3 -> 4.0.8 in all modules - Bump okta-spring-boot-starter 3.0.7 -> 3.1.0 (Boot 4 line) - Replace spring-boot-starter-web with spring-boot-starter-webmvc - Add Boot 4 OAuth2 client / resource-server starters (now separate modules) - Remove stale CVE version pins (spring-security-*, tomcat-embed-core, nimbus-jose-jwt, etc.) now managed by Boot at newer versions - Migrate security config to Spring Security 7 lambda DSL and @EnableMethodSecurity - Move @AutoConfigureMockMvc import to its Boot 4 package - Move write-dates-as-timestamps to spring.jackson.datatype.datetime (Jackson 3) Co-Authored-By: Claude Code

okta-spring-boot-starter 3.1.0 loads OAuth2ResourceServerProperties at startup but declares spring-boot-starter-security-oauth2-resource-server as optional. Without it, okta-hosted-login and custom-login fail to start with ClassNotFoundException under Spring Boot 4. Co-Authored-By: Claude Code
