What is the problem this feature will solve?

There is not feature-parity when using --experimental-strip-types with loading code and compiling code

What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?

Add the same type erasure from --experimental-strip-types to vm.compileFunction/etc

What alternatives have you considered?

Using Deno 😐
