is20sues url typo down here too. I'm not sure if this issue constitutes an event though? I realise it's a main reason for the WG reviving, but I'm not sure the issue it's a notable 'event' on it's own. Perhaps add Issue [#3721](https://github.com/nodejs/node/is20sues/3721) filed, reviving the Working Group as a sentence?

I don't think this list is exactly representative of everyone from NodeConf? Some people have left, but they were active?

My reasoning for this specific list, and I'm totally up for a discussion on this, was that this is everyone who's been ratified as a member (according to the charter's definition of "member"). I left others out because we hadn't really codified what a "member" was until the charter was defined much much later, so it's something of a retroactive application of membership date. If we want to include other people, how do we want to define their role? I don't feel that we can technically call them "members," since that's something of a specific term, right?

I guess I'm partially wondering about myself at this point, I would consider myself has having been an "official" member in June, but not later on. It wasn't really clear we'd have this sort of structure at that time tough so, I'm not really sure.
I mean if you don't want to that is fine, I don't care about attribution for any of this since I've only been a small part of it.
