The rule is:

1. Take the Gplay code: 35 | 001 | 00 | 51.
2. Drop the leading 0 of the minor part: 35 | 01 | 00 | 51.
3. Append the ABI digit at the end: 35 | 01 | 00 | 51 | 2 for arm64.
