docs(minishop3): cookbooks менеджера для extra fields, grid и model fields - #1013

Добавлен раздел manager/ с пошаговыми cookbooks для extra fields,
полей модели, полей товара и колонок грида. Справочники утилит и
routing приведены к API 1.13.x (fields в grid-config, editor_type,
sections/{model}). RU/EN синхронизированы.
Проставлены <!-- ![...] --> для страниц из screenshots/README и новых mgr-product-fields / mgr-product-data. RU/EN синхронизированы.
EN-таблица приведена к RU: mgr-product-fields, mgr-product-data, mgr-model-fields, mgr-order-extra-field и ссылки на cookbooks.
Исправления по сверке с пакетом: page-fields/sections (fields[], PUT секций, DELETE по section_key), права заказов (msorder_list/save), class=msOrder vs полное имя, section_key, убран DELETE page-fields и PHP custom/grids, badge/computed.className, список моделей extra-fields.

В Vue-менеджере MiniShop3 1.13.x integrator-у не хватало пошаговых сценариев: когда брать extra fields, поля модели, поля товара и колонки гридов, как сохранять конфиг через API. Документация на docs.modx.pro описывала утилиты справочно, но без cookbooks и end-to-end примеров.
Добавлен раздел Cookbook менеджера (
/components/minishop3/manager/):Справочники приведены к фактическому API 1.13.x:
