SA: Unknown dynamic op check #307

Overview

SA currently reports unknown classifications for ops it has not seen in its coverage database. For dynamic-shape models, additional ops may surface as unknown that don't appear in static shape analysis. This issue tracks detection, triage, and resolution of unknown ops encountered in dynamic model analysis.

Current unknown ops (from static shape reports)

QNN NPU (2026-04-01 report):

• GatherND — facebook/bart-large-mnli
• GridSample, Tile — PekingU/rtdetr_r50vd, rtdetr_r101vd, rtdetr_v2_r18vd

OV NPU (2026-04-03 report):

• Slice — microsoft/deberta-xlarge-mnli, microsoft/swin-large-patch4-window7-224
• GridSample, Tile, TopK, Add, Concat, Div, Mul, Reshape, Sub — PekingU RT-DETR variants

Acceptance Criteria

• All unknown ops above are triaged: classified as SUPPORTED, UNSUPPORTED, or PARTIAL in the coverage DB
• SA unknown count drops to 0 for the above models on QNN NPU
• SA unknown count drops to 0 for the above models on OV NPU
• Process documented for adding new unknown ops to coverage DB
