2.0 IDictionary change, kills my framework #679

Description

After #563

My construction is utilizing a Generic IDictionary for testContext so using a collections.IDictionary instead is breaking our selenium framework.

Expected behavior

Run normally

Actual behavior

CS1503 Argument 2: cannot convert from 'System.Collections.IDictionary' to 'System.Collections.Generic.IDictionary<string, object>'

Environment

Selenium Framework + alot of custom work of our own.
version 1.4.0 of the test framework is fine but 2.0+ this doesnt work.
