Open

Description

@yjfvictor

There are already some builds:

But they haven't been updated for a long time.

The latest version of "util-linux-ng for Windows" was built in the year 2008, while the latest version of "binutils for Windows" was built in the year 2010.

    uutils/util-linux has CI for Windows/macOS, but I don't thiks there are many utils useful on Windows (I only know rename).

    getopt, hardlink, whereis are the most useful tools.

    I hate to be a busybody; but binutils actually is up to date; you are just looking at an old package of it. mingw has the current version. And yes, they are native, not dependent on msys.
